the three bedroomed villa was very nice and had so much space. it included a private warm pool and garden! there was also a washing machine, very convenient. i loved the friday night bbq at the beach restaurant with fresh fish, meats, salads, dishes and desserts.

some staff barely speak english, made communication slightly challenging at times

wow, what a beachfront paradise!!!

the location is very nice, directly on the beach! the hotel is brand new and super clean. our villa was huge and had a private swimming pool. breakfast offered a very good selection, and the beach was amazing and very clean.

attentive host nice villa resort pool uncomfortable seating hot water tank system

i stayed in a beach villa with my family of six. our host hoan was very attentive and helpful. the villa was really nice and the resort pools were a hit with my children.

the rooms didn't quite feel like a 5-star hotel to me. there wasn't a sofa or comfortable chair in the room. the shower had hot water limitations , it was dependent on a tank system and availability for all the guests.

the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the bed allowed for a great night's sleep. the bathroom had a powerful rainfall showerhead with hot water for a long time. the fitness centre and two amazing swimming pools were very clean. bicycles are avaliable to use.

The staff did not inquire about my travel experience upon check-in. there was no small talk. I just had to sign and pay a deposit. no alternative perks were offered to me.
